We currently ship to the following countries:
Netherlands, Europe, UK, USA, Australia, Canada, UAE, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Nigeria, Colombia, Brazil, Jamaica, Oman, Ghana, Malaysia, and Qatar.

📦 Processing & Delivery Times

  • Netherlands: 5–7 working days

  • Europe: 10–15 working days

  • Outside Europe: 15–25 working days

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Please note: we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

📬 Shipping Carriers

We ship with trusted carriers including PostNL, DHL, and UPS.
Depending on the destination country, your order may be transferred to a local carrier (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, etc.) for final delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email. Please monitor your tracking to avoid missed deliveries.

🚚 Delivery Responsibility

  • If a package is returned due to failure to track, collect, or due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • If the tracking shows that the order was delivered to the address provided, and the customer claims non-receipt, we cannot offer a refund, but we may offer to resend the order as a one-time courtesy.

  • Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly when placing your order.

🌍 Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees in the destination country.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.

If your package is held by customs, we advise contacting your local customs office directly.
You may also reach out to us — we will gladly do our best to assist you and explore any options to resolve the situation.

🚨 Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are approximate and may be affected by customs processing, local holidays, or carrier delays.
While these are beyond our control, we are always here to support you if issues arise.
