We want you to love your order, but if you're not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible:

    • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

    • Items that are used, tampered with, or not in their original state will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Process

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • All returns must be sent back using a trackable method.

  • Once your return is received and inspected (within 2–5 business days), you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refunds are only issued after we physically receive and inspect the returned item. We are not responsible for returns lost or delayed in transit.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refund timing depends on your card issuer or bank.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
We are not responsible for undelivered or lost packages due to:

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details provided by the customer.

  • Refused or unclaimed deliveries.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
Refunds will not be provided for lost parcels caused by address errors.

Final Note

Used beauty or personal care products, custom-made items, and discounted items cannot be returned, unless they are faulty.
